Your Personalization

Please email the following when sending your data:

  • Brand / Product Name

  • The entire text that you want

  • The logo (if you have one)

  • Preferred method of delivery

  • Any additional information that you think I will need. (i.e colors you like, any design suggestions or images, etc.)

♥ THE DELIVERY ♥

  • A digital / printable design in PDF format sent via email.

  • If opting for mail delivery, product will be delivered as sheet labels to your preferred address. Please note, orders cannot be shipped to a PO BOX, and there will be an additional $10 charge for local shipping if that is your preferred method of receipt.

Digital items are available in the following category: 

  • Made-to-order download: Digital items that I will make to your specifications after your purchase. I will then send your files to you once they have been completed. 

FAQ

I want a refund or want to cancel my digital item.

On the item page for a digital listing, you will see that digital listings are not able to be returned or canceled.

I can’t find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding info@designsbytoccara to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
